The Teaching and Professional Faculty Lifecycle/Work Life model assists these faculty members (and their mentors) with career planning by offering guidance and insight toward a fulfilling career and stable retirement. However, it is not a one-size-fits-all standard. At NSUT, Teaching and Professional Faculty enter the Lifecycle at different points and with different backgrounds.
